ITIL Certification Management Board (ICMB) is a a non-proprietary professional qualification committee and also the guardian of integrity of the qualification scheme for all three levels of ITIL certification. They promote universal adoption and development. Reporting to the ICMB out there in field is the QLP. It is the "Qualification Liaison Panel". They investigate the issues that details the granular information on the ITIL examination. They look after question types, scopes, depth and developing case studies when it is appropriate. You can take your exam only from a qualified and accredited examination institute or EI. And the ICMB make sure that the EI meets all the qualification, status and provisions to provide the exams in secure fashion.
